You can add a partner company and define departments for it. Existing users can than be assigned to departments. You can define a hierarchy and add a budget which each manager can split to his subordinated departments, preventing them for surpassing the amount allocated.

You can define special offers for your big customers in various ways: for a specific product, a list of products you can import, a discount to a certain category of products, a discount for all products for a certain company, etc. Also, you can setup an interval during which the offer lasts.
