Users can access their complete order history, reorder items, see status, comments, invoices and points awarded for each order. Active orders are shown on the account dashboard, but closed orders are only visible here. The users can add RMAs from this page as well as try to make payment for failed payment (on active orders).
If a CRM or ticketing system is connected, discussions pertinent to this order from that system are visible here as well. |
